My sister-in-law, Now has two ponds. She talking about digging another in the spring. I have two and plan a pond digging party myself. I was just wondering how many ponders have how many ponds. Is it normal for us not to be happy with olny one to two ponds. Each pond has a diffrent kind of GF or koi in them. My hubbie hates cross-breeding. Is it OK to breed shubunkins and commets. The only diffrents I have found is the color? Can I get shubunkins from commets?

We have more than one, but they are above ground, made from timber wood and liner. They hold 1200, 2 x 650 gl and one is 250 gl. And if I think about digging our first pond when the house stands, I can imagine after a week of back breaking labor I don't wonna think about doing that again in the near future!

We started out with one pond and then added another the following year. They are connected via waterfalls and we may add a bog feature this spring. At least that is what my step dad and I are thinking.
