I was wondering if i could put 3 dwarf gouramis and 1 blood parrot chiclid into a 20gal tank it would be really well planted of course; is it possible?

3 dwarf gouramis, yes but expect some bickering
1 blood parrot, no these dudes get up to 10" way to big for a 20g, they need something closer to the 40-55 range.

Try getting the dwarf gouramis, and add maybe cories and a school of tetras.

ya didnt think it would be possible i was really hoping though because i really like blood parrots but i dont have the room.

If you are going ahead with the dwarf gouramis, get two females and one male.
Three males will be terrortorial and will be aggresive towards one another
