Full Version: Finally Found A Home For The Rescued Oscar

Well it took a whole year to find a home for the 10'' oscar that I rescued from the pet store our community closed down but he's finally in a good home. His new owner is an experienced oscar keeper who has placed him in a 1000g in-wall set up. He looks very happy in his new, larger digs. I had him cramped in a 70g tank but now he's got room to strut his stuff. Every one do the happy dance!!!!

You have no idea how happy I am about this. That poor fish came to me with just pec fins and a mildly horrible case of hole n head. To see him cruising through that big wall tank...it's just such an awesome feeling. His new owner is a really good guy who loves predatory fish the way I love goldfish and he takes incredibly good care of them. This is such a great happy ending to a story that started really rough.
