I put 1 air pump to the tank ,and one filter with another pump + air.... is it too much oxygen for a 20" tank????

I dont think it is too much oxygen. If you have the extra air pumps for oxygen, i dont think you need it. I dont run any air pumps in my tanks, I just ensure that the filter out take is just under the water line to create a ripple, as this is the best way to create oxygen in the tank, (or so I have read).

normally my wakins love to swim (very fast) but is it tired or they need to sleep in a day time? they just stop all activities on my tank??? what should I do??? some didn't eat too!!!

I would test your water parms, but if you dont have any test kets at hand do a 60%+ water change.
