I just got 19 (i took them all B) anubias plants they will go in all of my goldfish tanks iam so excited they look great!!! all of them are about 4 inches tall and they where all $1.00 very cheap!!!!.

well any way do goldies eat them? and where they a good choice for a my goldfish aquariums? but they look great!!!

there great plants. Goldfish dont eat them they might nibble but wont eat them up. They are a slow growing plant.

That's an awesome deal!!! Anubias I've seen are around $3 for a plant with 3-5 leaves... not too impressive. Good luck with them all :-)

i went back to petsmart and they had a new shipment in(i took all of them ) and there are now 3.95 and there not thart impressive!!


glad i got the when i did. and they seem to be doing great!! and my goldies are just playing with them but no intrest at eating them

Live water plants look great agianst the black of the gravel and allows the goldies color intensify aswell .

Update on my anubias plants there doing great i have even see new leaves coming out!! and goldies dont seem to know there even there!!.

I will but right now i cant my sister katie has it she doesnt have a digital camera so i let her borrow mine and she went too mexico too met some long time no see friends but she will come back in about 2 weeks and i will have pictures when she returns

Yes there doing great and thriving theres actually leaves poping out lol iam so happy that there doing good.

Did your goldfish try to rip them out yet?

so far in all of my tanks no, what there doing is playing around it but no bites yet lol.
they just swim threw it and play around it but nothing more than that. i saw no bite or little nibble marks yet . but its leaves are huge and if they do they wont be able to mutate it that much. and there not playing or uprooting the gravel where it is planted either .

In my betta tank i have a charcoal black gravel.
I just added some into a big jar for a new betta
with a floating plant on top

i am too goldfishgoddess not a bit or nibble just playing and swimming threw it.
maybe bacuase i feed them a very varoius diet and feed them well i guess, what ever the reason iam happy
