We finally have the new filtration for the store. It's a Central Cartridge 15000 with a UVS. Yay I got my UVS! The price didn't break the owner's piggy and the fish get what they need. You can't ask for better than that!

Great! Sounds like you came up with a good solution all round then. I'm gonna be a thicko here - but how exacty do central systems work? A picture would be great too if the owner doesn't mind. Anyhow, good job - you've made your mark!

Basically all the tanks are piped into one big filter. This makes it so that the fish have a greater over all water quantity than if they have one filter for each tank.

It must be a huge system, was it for fifty tanks did you say? The UV is a great addition too Lucky fishies!
