Here he is, he's a triop from one of those create a critter kits, I wasnt expecting any to actually hatch cause I've tried it before, but 1 did for sure, I think I saw 2 more, but anyway they come with this tiny jar and they grow to 2 inches, I think that its cruel keeping them in a little jar so I bought him a little 1/2 gallon betta tank, its the best I could do and way better than the little tiny cup, and he's really happy, so here's his video, he's hard to see cause he's still so small:

I had one of those a couple years ago. They look pretty disturbing when they get bigger...
But they're fun to keep anyway. Good luck!
P.S.- We need pics when he gets bigger!

yeah, I just saw a pic of when they get big, they look kinda cool, ofcourse i'll post pics once he gets bigger, I just found him yesterday but he must have been hatched for awhile, cause the others I saw were like tiny little dots, I cant find them anymore, i'll have to wait till they grow bigger. He's one lucky triop though, most of them probably live in those jars all their lives.

Yeah, the cup thing they come with just isn't adequate. I moved mine to a larger bowl when he started getting bigger.

nope, defianently dont want that in ur fishtank lol, thats why Im hatching the eggs in the jar, then scoop the hatched ones out with a spoon, that way once they die theres no risk of anymore hatching, cause i'll eventually use that for a betta, I have 2 triops in there now, I think there might be a third one hatched though, they're such interesting little creatures

the kit comes with food, I have had 2 pieces of food in there and they still havent finished it, Im leaving it in there cause it doesnt seem to be messing up the water, I think the food that comes with it is enough, but I guess if u ever run out u feed fish food, sinking pellets would probably work just fine. 3 guys have hatched now, I put the second one in the bigger tank, cant find him anymore though, they are sssssooooo tiny when they hatch, like a tiny little dot, Crusty has grown a bit though, i'll post pics in a few days when he's big enough for a pic lol.
