I just held a bloodworm under the water, and my barb ate it!!! OMG!!! I didn't know tropical fish would do that! I know the goldfish do, but WOW! Tropicals are usually so skittish, they run and hide at the sight of a finger.

I already know my guppies would eat from my hand, they try to eat my actual hand when I stick it in the tank. It's so fun feeling all those little nibbles.

Now to get the betta to take a worm biggrin.gif

Hehe...Yeah. He comes up and nips my finger sometimes if I leave it in the water very very still. It wasn't too bad. It hurt more when one of the goldies nipped me.

Edit: Ooh..Goldies...yes! Thats the next project for hand feeding rofl3.gif

my tropicals will eat from my hand any day, especially my barbs and my platies, the tetras on the other hand are so darn shy! The glolight and pistilla arent, but the 2 blackskirts and the whiteskirt are extremely shy, even though at least the blackskirt is eating again with his 2 new buddies, they sometimes even come out of their hiding spot, but not very often rolleyes.gif
