I got a 100 gallon pond last week and i love it i just need to know how many koi i can put into it

Zero. Koi need a bare minimum of 250 gallons each. Although I would suggest a minimum of 500 gallons each. Koi are huge fish reaching sizes of around 3 feet.
You can however fill it with 2-4 common/comet goldfish. these fish usually get around the 15 inch mark. You can find commons and comets anywhere. They are often sold as feeders for 10 cents.
