I always check on all my fish every night and thank God I did. This little guy was nowhere to be seen. First I pulled out all the tank decorations then took apart the filter--nothing. So I started moving some of the rocks around that I had piled up in the back and out he popped! I feared the worst but he just swam up to the top then all around. I put in some food and he gobbled it right up--he's looking and acting normal so far. He likes to kinda root around for food on the bottom so he must have bumped the rocks enough to knock one over and got trapped. I will be remodeling the tank so that can't happen again. So at least this story had a happy ending! exactly.gif

I'm glad you found him! That happened to me once - I was removing some gravel from their tank and cleaning it in the sink when I suddenly noticed that I was missing a guppy! He was in the rocks that had been out of the water for almost a minute!!! I sifted through them, thinking that he had to be dead, but he was fine! That was almost 2 months ago and he is still fine, they are tough little guys!

Oh, I'm glad your gup is ok too! It's good to know they can survive such things. My guy is still acting like nothing ever happened. smile.gif
