can guppies and zebra dainos live with fancy gold fish? and can guppies livewith a young common temporarily ( until the common gets bigger and the guppies become a snack?

Two reasons not to keep them with Goldies. (1) Small fish tend to be nippers & might tear at the fins! (2) Small fish are SMALL! Goldies will eat ANYTHING that will fit in their mouths! Small fish are like popcorn!

I don't know...I had a guppy in with my betta, and it moved faster than the beta did. Those tropicals are pretty darn quick. I have a "mystery fish" in with my goldies. Both goldies are around 4 inches long, and this guy is about an inch and a half. Perfect snack size, and yet they don't even notice it there. Which is good, cuz it's in there to eat those little planaria white worm things.
