anyone know how to tell the difference between young common plecos and bristlenose plecos? i saw annetes pics of uno and normal and i cant tell the difference between them and a goldnugget pleco or a common pleco!
i'd really appriceate it if someone posted some info and pics about them

If you buy them in a pet store their name is Ancistrus Dolichopterus. Did you see the pics of them as young/new? They didn't have any bristles then!

ive seen pics of them and want to ask, are albinos always bristlenose plecos or can other typesproduce albinos?
thanks for the latin name, but almost all fis stores here will call anything from a dojo loach to a platy a cleaner fish. platies, cories, plecos and SAE included. lol
