Nope, mollies can be nippy. they can stress the goldfish out causing the fancys immune system to weaken. which could eventually lead to illness. Plus, the mollies are tropical, and the goldfish are cold water.

Absolutely no.
In addition to the reasons that Peaches gave above (all very important--especially the nipping), mollies are also brackish--they need marine salt in their water. They can be kept in (very, very clean) freshwater, but they'll be highly susceptible to a number of diseases, including finrot and fungus.

My sishad a mollie in with pearlscale, and it kept nipping, and then spread ich to the whole tank, same with swordtails,they are the same.
