I just got my mail order of pet supplies (YAY ) and I got a 'can o mealworms' that I bought for my turtle and amphibians. They are SUPER gross but I think the goldies would love them, are they suitable?

i fed them before to my goldfish and my Common Ace is the only one who would eat...but he will eat anything that falls into the tank....

Also as soon as they lose interest take out the mealworm as in will rot.....a roting mealworm killed 2 of my fish awhile back
