Hello lovely Koko's Goldfish people! I've not really been on here for ages, mainly because - hurrah - my fish are just fine and dandy right now. However, after a brief spell of Medigold as Bolivar had an under-the-weather spell, he seems to have got over it now, I have come to the conclusion that we UK people really do get some poor quality food. However, thanks to some devious import/export tactics a little while ago I got hold of some Medigold from the US (*huge* thanks to all involved!). Each of my fish just about doubled in size on the Medigold diet, and it only lasted three weeks! I'm astounded. I had always thought that my Tetra Gold pellets were pretty good, but it seems I'm mistaken if this is what Goldfish Connection food can do for them! Am I right in thinking that Progold is the same thing, just without the Medi bit?
So...if so, my question is... would anyone be willing to post me some Progold? I have a verified Paypal account so should easily be able to pay in advance for the food and postage. I'd be eternally grateful, and so would my lovely fishies! smile.gif

hi sootica smile.gif

Progold isn't the same as medigold without the meds, but it is still a superb food.

You can get progold shipped to the uk if you buy it at either:

www.mops.ca or www.fishsempai.com (at the moment i can't remember the shipping costs though).

Just thought i'd post that info if you may want to go that route smile.gif

If you don't i'm sure someone will be along soon that could post some to you biggrin.gif

Ooh, can I? Fantastic, I'll have a look. I'd only ever seen it for sale at GC and they don't seem to ship outside the US. Thanks for your help smile.gif

sad.gif Fish Sempai don't seem to ship outside the US/Canada, and I have to spend over 100 Canadian $ to get international shipping at Mops. As much as I love my fish I think $100 worth of Progold is a little much right now... Back to the drawing board I think. sad.gif
