can i put a pearlscale in a pond i wasnt sure if you could or not but i saw this super cute one at the petstore and all my tanks are stocked so i only would have room in my pond but he was soo cute and i want him really bad but i want to make sure it is ok for them to live in ponds before i buy it because i want ti to be healthy and happy

yes i have some commets/commons and a fantail and a lionhead. the liontail and fantail do really well with getting food eventhough they are a little slower and it is sinking food so it is easy to find.

I have a Pearlscale (this is her
http://www.picturetrail.com/gallery/view?p...267&uid=1383606 ) in my pond but I bring her inside for the winter. They don't handle the cold weather we get here really well.

wow!!! that is a beautiful pond. i was planning on bringin them in for winter anyway b/c i am not sure if the pond freezes the whole way or not i dont remember plus i woud be too worried about them under the ice all winter isuppose i could agitate the water every day to keep it from freezing but i dont know if that will work. anyway ill be sure to at least take that one out thanks alot i got him by the way
