Er...how about poor water quality? 8 fish in 14 gals of water is seriously overstocked, man.
I notice that u live in Indonesia, and I know indo ppl don't really have that much knowledge about gf keeping, and generally a bit lax in keeping with water quality.
I suggest u do a 100% water change every 2 days (don't forget the water conditioner), and pls look for a MUCH bigger tank. It's unrealistic if I ask u to buy a 100 gal tank (especially when the fishes are still small) but 50-60 gal is ok for now, everything in indo cheap lah.

do you only have one black moor in your tank and the rest fantails, ryunkin, orando etc? that can be bad because black moors arent the best seeing fish and many people have problems feeding them before their other goldfish get the food. Maybe you can return some of your goldfish and get a bigger tank?

How long have you had your tank? Is it cycled?

Wow, honey, you need to find new homes for some of your fish! Like SEVEN of them need out of that little tank! I have a 100 gallon tank which is home to 7 goldfish and I have three BIG filters running plus a 5 foot bubblewall and I still do good size water changes EVERY weekend to keep their water in tip top condition!

I think we may have scared Dexter with all of our fishy-room advice. Hopefully Dexter is doing a lot of research on goldfish care over the last week.
I hope your BlackMoor feels better soon. You should post in the "sick" forum though.
