I picked up some ammonia to help a friend get some bacteria established on his cartridge so he can stop killing off all the fish he buys. The ingredients include a chelating agent... should I return it? It's sitting in the middle of my room doing nothing right now, I didn't want to get started unless I was sure that the chelating agent wasn't going to be a problem... anyone have any input? It'd be greatly appreciated!
thanks...

Ammonia chelating agents are fine, but if it contains any other additives I'd return it for another brand.

Chelating agents are chemicals that bind strongly to metal ions.

Thanks a lot everyone. The chelating agent is pretty much the only other ingredient besides water...
