You might remember my excitement over the bigger pond my mom and I dug last spring...well she finally listened to me and dug and even bigger pond. Two summers ago we had a tiny 90 gallon pond, the newest one is about 1500 gallons.

My mom dug this one while I was still at school so I got out of the heavy duty digging but she's been having me haul rocks to put around the outside the last four days. We've spent the last three days trying in vain to build a really cool waterfall. I think we might have a frame that will work now but its supposed to rain tomorrow so it'll be thursday before we get to work on it again.

We have to get lots of plants still and landscape around the outside but its going to look awesome.

How exciting! Can't wait to see pics. I bet your backs are sore though. But I'm sure once the pond is finished it will be all worth it.
