Hi everyone,

Here's the problem, after we lost a few Koi to a blue Heron we were told not to name our Fish anymore so we wouldn't get attached. That just isn't working for us- we do get attached. So during this time I have now ended up with a few that have no name. Sorry I can't add pic's to make this easier.

Living in our pond now is:

Shelly- red eared slider turtle
Large Koi- Dieago
Larger Koi- Malibu
Med. Koi- Balboa
Med Koi- Huntington

In the begining we were going to name them all after beaches

Smaller Koi
Aggie
Liverlee

Calico Telescope- Kalediescope

Here's who needs names;

A beauty butterfly Koi that only 3". I can't wait to see her grow up. She is a deep yellow and black with a tail that's is longer than her body right now. Her tail is black and soft white. She is quick as she darts around.

A calico Shubumkin that's about 4-5 ". She has beautiful coloring of blue & orange on more of a white body. She seems to act sweet and timid.

A 5-6" Shubumkin, I think he's a boy. He is always the first up for food. He was the first fish to nibble on my hand too. He is all blue with black spots and has a awesome long tail that looks like chiffon as it moves through the water. He seems to have a crush on our Telescope because he swims beside him alot and rubs up to him/her?

I saw a few other post with people asking for name help and you all had such good ideas I thought I would throw this out there.

Thanks for your help

I hope these names are good enough, if not, I'm sorry! I like the boy shubunkin the best, he sounds very loyal and energetic. Keep it up!
