I went ahead and bought two Java fern plants last night. One is really tall (8 inches about) and the other short with lots of roots. As I was rinsing the short one the plant fell apart into about four plants with 2-3 leaves each. So now I guess I have five Java ferns :-)

I rubber-banded the plants to rocks as mentioned by Cryptopo1 but plan to continue looking for driftwood! I'm really excited, these plants appear to be a nice contrast to the hygrophila I currently have and I love their leaves!

I love java fern but they grow fast in my tank though
