This batch im not going to try and save cause its just wrong.
Pharoh decided to breed with his daughter Konigin and i dont want that kind of mixed fish, its to closely related.....But my tank is a complete mess now....
Woke up and said to my self why is that tank so cloudy. Took a look at my plants cause i didnt see anything else like on the walls or the floor, and low and behold eggs all over my Anubis...They are much smaller than Princess eggs and Konigin is missing 3 scales, so it had to be her plus shes isnt fat anymore.....Oh my goodness.

Little boys are soooo stinky and messy! Naughty Pharoah! Maybe he needs a girlfriend of his own!

Actually, a lot of breeders to interbreed to get a certain trade going. They only pick "outside" fish if they want to bring something special back, like a disappearing bright red on a calico line - they bring in a red fish just for that purpose. Or the tail fins get too droopy in their fry - there comes a fish with stunning tail, most likely from a completely different background.
Are you sure you don't want to keep at least a few eggs?

My plan was if there was eggs left the next morning i was going to keep them if they had changed color, but i guess they decided to eat them all... I dont know how they got the plants clean but there all gone....but with Pharohs history of breeding im sure he will do it again this week

In my brief experience, if they "eat them all" there are usually at least 100 left somewhere that you are not seeing!!!!
Maybe you will catch some more, soon. With a double whammy of chocolate (chocolate FUDGE!) perhaps you will get choco babies THIS time!!!!!

Now that would be cool.
Hubby said it would be cool too, i could sell them, have a tub out side and just sell chocos on the site.....that would be so fun
