Okay well in the summer im planing on makeing a big box out of wood and and adding Some black pond linner to it with a pump and watter fall and there ya have it a above ground pond. Hopefully ill have time to make it this summer. Now... im not sure how to know about the gallons so how to i find out how many gals is a pond?

It's (roughly) 7.5 gallons per cubic foot. So length x width x height (all in feet) x 7.5 = total gallons.

So, if you are using the full length of the timberwood with 8 feet and make it 4 feet deep, you have roughly 1800 gl or so available!! Boy, you can put in a lot of goldfish in there, Black Oranda!! Is that how big you are planning it?

Im not to sure at the moment Becuase im moveing soon so im not 100% how mutch space i have. So hopefully it's at least half that!
