I have seen 45 gallon (Long) tank in this site (
48 1/4 x 12 3/4 x 19). Does any of you own this one? None of my lfs carry this size. I am just confused.http://www.alysta.com/books/fishtank.htm

Ive never seen a 45L only a higher tank. If I were you, I would go for just a 40L. Not a lot of difference.

if I have 45 g and put 3 fishes each will have 15 g. For 40 g, they will only have 13 g

I am picky, rigth?

Does it cost a lot if I do custom build?

well, back to my question. Does 45 g(L) tank really exist in the market? If not, does it cost a lot to do a custom build? Thank.

I have never actually seen a 45 gal long myself, and my fish store is pretty darn good with having all sorts of odd sizes listed. Those dimensions you posted are just a hair off of the 55 ,which is 48x13x20,so I have no idea about this one Fred.

Thanks Sharon. I know I am fighting for 5 gallons. But this is important for my fish.
