This the bowl that Dickey lived in when I first got him, I got the idea from ILoveSpaceboy. Shmoopie got lost in it for awhile biggrin.gif

Congrats! I love the background. biggrin.gif

Thanks, I actually bought two of them. I will be putting up the other tomorrow. Dickey Moe, Glurp, and Taffy will be rooming together in it. Right now Taffy is in her own tank.

Very glitzy background! very cool! biggrin.gif

All you need now are some slot machine... perhaps a few dancing girls. rofl3.gif

Wish I could get to the bottom of Vegas biggrin.gif I like your new Vegas tanks. Long and low is a great shape for goldie tanks exactly.gif

That's pretty smile.gif

How pretty Dickey!! I love the colors.

Thanks everyone! Everyone is having a great time in Vegas! I love it when Cheeto swims close to the back of the tank. He is so orange that he has a aura around him reflected in the background which is sorta holographic. The bowl is entertaining too, =snicker=

Dickey, Glurp and Taffy are getting along great in their new tank( i bought 2 of these tanks) and are really loving the room. It is decorated depression era style right now. sad.gif i will figure something out for it later and post some photos.

Dancing girls and slot machines! rofl3.gif I feel challenged to find some! Maybe I could hire Cher or Celine for a nightly show ha ha. Prince too!! (though it might incite breeding behavior).

Other beneficiarys of this move: BonBon and BeeBee. They inherited the 20 gal. that Glurp and Dickey were in. They have one or two little plants and their wine glass.

I agree with Devs, Lots and Lots of space for swimming! I am sold!

Finally, all of my fish are out of the kitchen! and I now have 3 tanks instead of 5. I'm pooped! that was alot of water hauling! (forgot to buy a python)

That is really cool! I like that!

I LOVE the breeder tanks. The 40 is a particularly nice size - not too big, but plenty big enough for just about anything. I have been eyeing one in the LFS...... (my source of disposable income has dried up with the blizzards that pay! I need a GOOD 3 day blizzard to pay for another tank! yeah.gif )

Where did you find that background? I have been looking at some of the sparklier ones in PetSmart type stores, but they are not nearly as brilliant as yours? Is that wrapping paper, perhaps? COOL! biggrin.gif
mrbumblebee
Your tank looks lovely and sparkly! You must have glamorous fish! biggrin.gif

Haha, oh man, that's awesome.

I live in Vegas and when I first saw the thread I thought it was a goldfish tank IN vegas, not a goldfish tank that looks LIKE Vegas.

Still cool though!

the background is one of a kind. I got it from work. it is an old display that I was going to make christmas ornaments out of. You can't tell from the picture but it is all just standing up in back of the tank. just a bunch of loose pieces. I also had enough left over to make background for a small betta tank.
Slappy is happy in his cheap gaudy little Vegas tank. biggrin.gif
rwersted
I love the tank size and I can't stop starring at the sparkles in the background. Loev the tank!
Chickey
wow, Thanks!
