I had these 2 gallon hurricane glasses left over from doing flowers for a friends wedding a few years ago, and was curious to try an NPT experiment, so poor Alpha got moved out of his 10 gallon mansion into one.
Adorably, he fits through the doors of his castle and likes to sleep there (but is hard to photograph, because as soon as I get close with the camera he's all "Food? Food! Foodfoodfoodfood, right?" and zips out).

So cute! Do you have a picture of the whole bowl? If so, I'd love to see it.

That is adorable. He reminds me of my betta, Steven! I love the castle.

I took a picture of the whole bowl for you, too:
If this works well at home and keeps my water changing minimal enough, I'm thinking of setting up the second hurricane and taking it into work so I can have a little desk betta there as well.
The glass only covers part of the top so he can still get fresh air, but so far has kept him from jumping out.

Alpha has been trying desperately to find a girlfriend. Hee hee.
In the 10 gallon he'd built a huge bubble nest on each end of his tank, I assume to double his chances.
