my goldfish is on the bottom of my tank occasionally moving. the eyes seem to be bulging but im unsure. ill have a pic soon.

Does your fish frequently hang out on the bottom or is this unusually lethargic behaviour for him? If lethargic, then that suggests there is a problem.

It can be tricky at first to see if the eyes are bulging - you'll just have to stare really closely! I would check your water parameters as well first, just to rule out water quality before looking at disease - ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH - and let us know the results.
