Nice slide show. He's a fast little thing huh? biggrin.gif Just gorgeous!

Fast when he's flaring or thinks food is coming. Otherwise he slowly sinks until he lands on a leaf.

Daniel your Zao is truly stunning. And your creative devotion to him is beautiful. BTW, your avatar looks like he's shaking his little bear-booty and grooving to the slideshow music!

Thanks, I think he's getting a little bigger - I don't know how long they keep growing.

The "creative devotion" doesn't take much effort. The program Photo Story 3 from Microsoft makes it pretty simple. You can make nice photo slide shows in very little time.

There's nothing like a little booty shakin' to make a day better.

If you have a fast connection, you can see another Photo Story I made from photos of my trip to Ireland (it's 23MB). It's photos from a hike I took around Seefin Mountain my third day there, in typical Irish sunshine.

Daniel - what a lovely slideshow of your ireland trip! I've been there a few times (my grandparents ive in Co Limerick) but i don't know where Seefin mountain is. It looks lovely, and the music a perfect fit!

Your betta seems to be getting even more gorgeous heartpump.gif Fun to watch with music and comments biggrin.gif
His tail seems to have gotten thicker & more splendid- his colors are so pretty and so is his funny little face.

Yup. I noticed the clear rays in his fins are almost all gone. I guess that means he is stronger.

Still no bubble nests though. I ordered some Indian Almond leaf - we'll see if he likes it.

I saw this pic and had to have him. Late October 2006 at the breeder:

A little worse for wear after the shipment ordeal. November 8 2006 - first day with me:

A month later, December 14 2006 - he looks healthier:

Yesterday February 10 2007:

The last two have no flash, I like the natural color balance better.

Oh my, you have a gorgeous betta! wub.gif Nice video creation, too. Making me want to try a betta tank all over again.

Those pictures make it very apparent he's getting fantastic care. Wonderful job. ^^

Dan that was so cool . I like your creativity . And your betta is getting more beautiful as time goes by. I am glad you are trying ial ( indian almond leaf). Trust me he will love it. And he will build a heck of a bubble nest under the leafs when you put them in there. I know Sunti loves the leaves. He always builds huge ones under the leaves when I put them in there. They make the water antibacterial too which is good for his fins. Make sure to change it out once a week when you change his water.

hes so beautiful!!
