Looks a like a blue and red to me, not a purple.

The VT is pretty but d_gloem is right about it be to much. I've seen VTs like that at nnnnnn and petco for less than half that.

The purple is gorgeous, but I've seen one almost exactly like the orange, but a bit more pink, at Petsmart. Only $4.00, was very tempted!

yes the purple color is rarer. I have a thing for half moons. Too bad I do not have room for that guy or I would snap hip up. For $5 dollars he is a steal. I would not be suprised if he does not go up to $30 ( common for the rarer colors)
