Hi everyone, I'm getting worried about my big moor George (aka my child!

). He had swim bladder problems years ago and he got better, but lately he's been floating fairly frequently. A lot of the time he's sort of drifting around the tank and occasionaly he's actually floating upside down. I've been taking the usual steps to help him...frequent water changes and peas, but now there's something new. His eyes are cloudy. The other two fish look fine, so I didn't really think there was a water problem. The nitrates are a little high but I just installed a new filter so I'm waiting for it to get some more bacteria build up. I've attached a picture, any suggestions would help!
