Ok,

So I've been (rightly or wrongly) treating Splodge for parasite for the last 9 days using Sterazin. Below is the original picture of the spot.

The spot has now more or less gone away, leaving a small, white dot - just under the scales which were being pushed out by the spot.

Do I need to do any other treatments? Bacterial or fungus when the Sterazin course is complete? I have one more day of sterazin, then 48 hours wait, then a 40% water change to do (Boxing day)... Any ideas? He's fine in himself, and showed no sign of distress throughout the whole episode.

It's good to see him back to his normal self, but I want to make sure he's completely cured before I move him into the community tank (he's shown the true importance of quarantining fish).

**Bump**

Did the 40% water change today, and found I have a filter not working properly (but I'll go into that elsewhere when I've fixed it or replaced it)...

So, back to the original post, do I need to do any other treatments for Splodge? He's healed up, and I can't even see where the lump was anymore...

He's swimming well around the tank, and eating well. No signs of any problems now at all.

So any ideas? Or do I just continue with him in quarantine for a couple of weeks?
