I made my first live plants purchase on-line! I would have bought them at Aquabotanic but they require a 25USD min purchase. I bought Java moss (could not find it around here) and sagitaria. Can't wait to place the Java moss in my planted tank! They took soooo long to process my order, I placed the order last Monday and it won't ship till next Monday. Does anybody recommend another online live plants dealer?

Kinygo.....Oh man I guess you should have told me about your Java moss. I could have shipped you some for free. I got a crud load of this stuff. Once its starts to grow in you tank you just get a ton of it. I have a hard time just trying to keep it under control :cat

Oh and Aquabid.com is a cool place for plants

Thanks Koko! If I plant some of it in my goldfish tank, will it survive? I am planning to grow it on a rock in another tank and when it has grown transfer the rock to the goldfish tank.

Yeah thats one of the good goldfishplants. They dont like it cause its like grass it gets stuck in the mouth but not. You know what I mean like when a doc sticks a stick in your mouth and you have that gage reaction....like that. and it will grow like crazy too rofl3.gif

UPS screwed up with the delivery! They were scheduled to deliver last Friday but did not do it till today (Monday). THe Java moss was OK but the Sagittarias had most of its stems and leaves rotted. I already complained to Florida Driftwood but they have not answered

I payed a lot for a 3rd day delivery and it took them 6 days... won't shop from them again.

Thats bull, they better do something.........Im so sorry sad.gif

Great news! After discussing the problem with UPS and Florida Driftwood, they will send me new Saggitarias next week! They came through after all.
