Sorry but I actually have never had a problem with cloudy water, regardless how many times I feed in a day. It could be your food (type or brand). Just a thought, anyone else?

I never have cloudy water. It may well be the food you are using as cheaper food can discolor the water. Also if you are currently using meds in your tank they can also cause cloudy water.

The only time I've had cloudy water was due to one of three things: poor quality food, bacteria bloom, or algae bloom.
What type of food are you using? Most goldfish food now spouts a "Will not cloud tank!" on it, but if the cloudiness is the same color of the food then you may want to consider changing to a new brand.

i only experienced cloudy water when i do a 100% water change. It could be your food, and its quality what brand do you feed?

Its a good sign of poor water quality as well. Do you have test kits?

I just had a thought. Has your tank cycled yet? If it hasn't it could be "new tank syndrome" where water in a newly set uptank can temp. be cloudy. You can buy stugff to put in your tank if it is cloudy due to being freshly set up. Other than that, I would check the food issue out and also your water parameters (ammonium, nitrate and nitrite).
Good luck

It is cycled.(but few days ago when I was changing water, I accidently put my bio-max into the tap water.....) From the right side see through my tank, it looks green...

the tap water would have killed the good bacteria, but I have no idea why your water is green. Is any of the food you used green? I am far from an expert, so hopefully someone else has a better answer for you. What are your water parameters? Is your ammonium, and nitrite 0 and your nitrate below 20? What is your pH? That could help give clues as to what is wrong. If it happens when you feed more than once a day, it makes me think it is the food. The color of your food and your water parameters might hold the answer. Test kits are fairly inexpensive and easy to come by if you don't have one, and they are essential for keeping healthy fish.
Oh yeah, one more sugestion, yo can try using "Cycle" to increase your good bacteria levels inyour water. You use it once a week. It would help to speed up replacement from your bio-cycle being rinsed in tap water.
