I was wondering if I could just buy vitamins to add to fish food from the health section at the grocery store - or do I need to invest in some pet vits?

You need to be very careful if giving human vitamins to fish.I personally prefer to purchase vitamins especially for fish.Plus if a fish is fed a proper balanced diet there is no need for vitamin supplements. The only time I feed vitamins is after my fish have recovered from illness to help boost their immunity.

If the ingredients are all natural it might be ok. But I dont think it would be easy to find something that is all natural and safe for fish unless it is made for them specifically.
