I went to the LFS the other day and they were selling live meal worms. The lady said that I can fed them to my GF. Just wondering if people here have fed them to their GF before and are they good for them?

i sometimes give my goldfish (frozen) bloodworms...don't know if this is kosher...i feed my other tropicals with that so that's why i have the worms. anyways the GF love it.

Mealworms are a very good food for goldies. You might have to cut them up if the goldie isnt big enough to eat a whole one.
I would give only a couple once a week as a treat though.
