So I just came home from the store, I was in the trash bag aisle and noticed ice cube bags. They are plastic bags which when filled resemble ice cube trays. You just pour liqid in and seal the top with a zip lock type closure. I'm pretty happy about it as I was going to sacrifice one of my ice cube trays to the gel food batch I am about to make.
