I was wondering which fish foods to feed my fish that are higher in protein as i am curious as i would like to start feeding my fish higher protein fish food i have heard that when there is a higher protein diet involved it helps with the female to start producing roe i do not know if this true or not so i figured i would ask away and get some advice

One food that is great for Protein is bloodworms. It is also supposed to help with wen growth.

I prefer Progold by goldfish connection. NOt only is it a good source of protein but it is well balenced for the gf.
If gf eat a all protein or not a balenced diet of veggies and such they can start to have ill effects.
