I have an amazon sword and some of the leaves are dying

Is this normal ?

What is your KH and Ph. Swords are alittle more picky about there water requirements. but losing leaves once in a while is fine. Just gently pinch them off so that the plant doesn't use it resource to keep it alive

If you plant is newly planted, they sometimes lose leaves whilst they adjust to your tank. Also, as the plant grows, the older leaves on the outside will sometimes get ratty and start to die off. You could try pushing a plant fertilizer tablet into the substrate near the roots of your Amazon sword since they like a rich substrate. I like Flourish Tabs by Seachem
