If you have ever ordered on line can you tell me how it went? Was the fish worth the extra cost? I have been thinking about doing this since Shinner passed away a few days ago to old age I beleive. Was resting on plant leaves a lot and just seemed to slow down the last couple months.
I had noticed several of the betta's online for sell give you their age and thought Id get one that would live a while if I did that since there is no way of knowing the age of one from the pet shop.
Thanks for any help in advance.

Hi Hidr, I remembered there was a similar thread a little while ago, I posted some of my thoughts on it then

I bought my Betta George online from a UK breeder/importer.

I am very pleased with my Betta and was very impressed with the service I received from the seller. The communication was very good, the shipping cost was reasonable and the Betta was very securely packaged and I received him on next day delivery.

I didn't pay a great deal for the actual Betta because he was a tank bred fish by the seller, rather than an imported one, but still of a very good quality. I only managed to see one picture of my Betta before I bought him, but I'm sure a good seller would email you more if you wanted them. Overall, a positive experience and I would do it again smile.gif
