okay, im cleaning my tank, and i accidently stepped on a piece of the cover. it cracked into several peices, that are all held on by the hinge. Is there any hope for me to fix this now? the side that broke is the side where the light rests on. HELP

well, actually i won't be needing to now, im going to a hardware store today to get a piece of fiberglass cut the same size. then ill reattach i to the hinge.
