Plants and Tank Cleaning

Ok I was wondering if you have a heavily planted tank how are you supposed to clean out your gravel well lol. I mean some people even have groundcovers. So how do you keep your tank decent while not totally disturbing all your plants?

I go around mine because the plants will use up the junk under them. Also when you do a tank reargenment then you can syphon under them but other words just go around them..........

Ya the first time I had plants years ago I tried to move them and replant them.....What a pain in the but so I did a little bit of searching and found out that I was doing more harm to the plants that good......

Thanks, this is good to know!! I just started having live plants a week ago, and I already lost the anacharis. Hopefully I'll have better luck with the rest!
