i just changd the water and 1 week later all green every thing is okey two fish have died one because of a wound on his side look like somthing poping out oh is side help

Do a very large water change right away.
What are the test results for ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate? Is this a new aquarium? How many fish are in the aquarium and what kinds?
