i can't get my hands on any antibioctic meds. for a while, anything i can do without the meds?

That depends - what's ailing your fish? Is your water perfect?

i just noticed she was doing a very long colour-less poop so i looked up the goldfish poop page and saw it said bacterial infection

Any unusual behavior like staying
at the bottom, not eating, ect..? nope
