Ummm, no. Bowls aren't suitable for any type of fish. Your best bet would be to either trash the bowl or put in a tank as a decoration.

I'd use it as a decoration it brings to mind Jens Big Boy and his bowl he loves so much in her goldie tank.Wonder if she's bought him his new bigger bowl to play in yet
