My male betta sleeps in certain positions. His current favorite is on the floor of his tank curled up next to a groove in his tree trunk cave. He's so cute :3

My oranda Sade will sleep at the top of the tank in a calm spot near the bubble wall. She seems to anchor herself between a fake amazon sword and the airline tubing. Fred Jr sleeps diagonaly across the tank at the bottom in a small depression in the gravel. My comets and commons sleep more or less in the middle and on the bottom of their tank.
