One of my commons have a ammonia burn, and yesterday i changed the water, and at night, it nearly dissapeard. But, now this morning, he is black again.. WHY?

The black could be where the ammonia burns are healing... other than the black spots, how's he acting? Is the water testing good?

well, he was black, then it was dissapearing, then this morning it is totally black again.
