Eeeek!
To simply answer your question, Yes. It is far to small. Actually I can't even picture how that many fish would even fit into a 10gal tank?

Doesn't seem possible to me.
Yes, Get a bigger tank if you can. They will not live long in there at this rate.

It's really way over crowded. At the most, you're probably only going to be able to keep one of the goldfish.
Is it possible that you can still return the fish for a refund? They're better off somewhere that has enough space and can keep their water parameters in check.

You need more than a 70 gallon, koi need over 300 gallons PER FISH. The goldfish need at least 10 a piece. MY advice you be to give all of them except one goldie OR the guppies back to the fish store. And your pond is too small to, certainly not big enough for 14 koi, you would need like a 5000 gallon pond for those koi alone but with the catfish and turtle. Jeez, I didn't think such horrible over stocking was possible

Well, We could certaintly explain how to post pic's on here. It's simple.
To be honest with you right now, I would really be thinking of a alternative for those GF right now! If I was you I would get off here and figure out a way to either keep them, Or give them back to the Petstore..It's all a bit odd to me.

If the fish have a hump on the back theyre probably ryukins.
I would give the koi away to someone with a BIG pond and figure out what to do with the others QUICKLY.
