i am putting turkey with turkey gravy, carrots and green beans(they were out of peas)these are all baby foods an d then some frozen bloodworms because i am highly alergic to them and i figure i will be touching them less when they are mixed in with other things and then maybe some frozen brine shrimp and then gelatin of course. does that sound good and can i use everything i bought?

The carrots and green beans are good, don't add the blood worms if you are allergic to them. You can still have a reaction to them even if they are mixed in the food.
The turkey and gravy I personaly wouldn't add. I think the turkey has a fat that is hard to digest (or maybe that was bananas) and the gravy is full of starch and fillers.

When I get the baby foods I look for the ones that are individual foods. the ones where the ingrediants say peas and water, or sweet potatoes and water. Anything longer than three or four ingrediants gets put back.

I never thought of feeding my goldies baby food.Which varieties are fish safe.

I use multiple brands. I go for whichever one has the most natural ingrediants. Like i said in my earlier post anything with more then three or four ingrediants gets put back. So carrots, peas, green beans, sweet potatoes, yams, then for fruit i add either the baby food applesauce, or the baby food pears, my fish like the pears better than the applesauce for some reason. All of these that I have found say water and (main ingrediant) or with fruit it has added citric acid so it doesn't turn brown.
Hope this helps.

u bought live bloodworms? It seem like u love ur goldfish a lot!! ^^Y

theyare not live bloodworms they are freeze driedis turkey ok without gravy and what other meats are ok i know beef isnt but what else is?

krill, earthworm or cricket.Cricket is usally used to feed arowana.cuz it got very high protein.depends on the size of ur goldfish.U might need to chop it into 2 piece for ur golfish to eat.

But what I know is the GoldFish breeder all use Bloodworm to promote their Orandas and Lion heads wen growth.Which turn out to have excellent full developed result.

Here's what I put in my gel food..........

Collard Greens
2 jars of baby food peas
1 jar of baby food squash
a red bell pepper
a whole orange (with the peel)
a can of tuna fish, drained (sometimes I'll use crab meat instead)
a can of some sort of cheap goldfish food
Dog Vitamins
And any odds and ends fish food I have on hand (shrimp pellets, brine shrimp, krill, etc.)
