my poor tetras u think the fins will grow back ones has its anas fin completly gone

Fins should grow back fine. If you want to speed up the process than add Melafix. Make sure you keep the water clean. What did you do with the gourami?

What kind of tetras are they? Just curious because gouramis are usually pretty mellow with other types of fish unless there isn't enough space. I suggest moving him or the tetras out since their companionship is obviously not working out. Be kind and fair to the gourami, please.
