When my red betta romeo got dropsy, I put him in isolation . Then I put 1 tsp. of epsom salt per 5 gallons and fungus clear. After 10 days it was gone:) Is this what anybody else uses?

OMG you found a cure, you should get a nobel peace prize. And if you dont mind can i keep your formula

The epsom salts probably helped a lot as that is part of the general treatment that is used on this forum. I'm not sure about the fungus clear, it may have antibacterial stuff in too, so that may have helped
